Microsoft® Hyper-V Server Support

CNSPBD provides all kind of integration services and solutions for Microsoft® Hyper-V Server

Microsoft's standalone, free Hyper-V Server offering was discontinued with the release of Windows Server 2022. Currently, in 2026, Hyper-V is available as a built-in role or feature across Windows Server 2025, Windows Server 2022, and Windows 11.

Microsoft Hyper-V In Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025 provide a simple and reliable virtualization solution to help organizations improve their server utilization and reduce costs. Hyper-V is a stand-alone product that contains only the Windows hypervisor, a Windows Server driver model, and virtualization components. It can fit into customers’ existing IT environments, and leverage their existing provisioning, management processes, and support tools.

Benefits

Hyper-V is a dedicated stand-alone product that contains the hypervisor, Windows Server driver model, virtualization capabilities, and supporting components such as failover clustering, but does not contain the robust set of features and roles as the Windows Server operating system. As a result, Hyper-V produces a small footprint and requires minimal overhead. Organizations consolidating servers where no new Windows Server licenses are required or where the servers being consolidated are running an alternative OS may want to consider Hyper-V Server.
